Bisetun Hotel Rooms

The first room we were given on arrival did not seem ready or properly cleaned. The window was left open on December 30th, likely to air out cigarette smoke from the previous guest, so we asked for another room. The staff immediately provided us with another room on a different floor, which was larger and in much better condition. The room was spacious and comfortable and hot in the winter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with the Aksaray tram station just a five-minute walk away.

Accessible to the city center

Thanks for everything. The location is very nice, close to everywhere. The hotel staff is friendly, especially thank you to Mr. Ahmet. The breakfast is acceptable, there is everything. The rooms are clean.

The service was excellent but the English is not very good .The cleaning is very poor not to the Excellent service. The area is very good ?

VERY GOOD HOTEL IN FATEH

location is perfect, closed to fatih, and to restaurants, tram,.... Breakfast was correct, the rooms need some extra effoet on cleanliness but the staff is very nice and helpful. i would defenitely recommand it to anyone who looks for a quality and fair price.
